The characters have simple faces.
About what:
The story of the fate of several families in a distant village. About their experiences, grief, values, joys and magic. Sincerely, from the heart and with great warmth. They say that the author took many images of heroes from her real life.
My impressions:
A very soulful book. One gets the impression of live communication with the author. It’s like you are returning to childhood – you run through the streets of the village with your grandmother, drinking fresh milk from a large mug.
This is not to say that the book is absolutely positive. Here we see the real life and inner core of each of the residents. Despite hunger, earthquakes, wars, they remain persistent and do not lose their fortitude. We have a lot to learn from them.
I recommend this book to everyone. Especially if you want something sincere and sincere. This book is about real life, about humanity, about the importance of the moment. She will make you smile, worry, and even cry a little. And also appreciate every moment of life.
